I was browsing Amazon the other day for some Christian-based books to buy for Ezra, and during my search I came across quite a few that caught my eye. As you probably know if you follow me regularly, our Christian faith is very important to us, which is why I was really scouring hard to find some Easter books that don’t have a bunny as the main character. Of course all of the bunnies and springtime elements of Easter are fun to incorporate into every celebration, but as a Christian the holiday means so, so much more. I always hope and pray that Jack and I’s faith can be an example for Ezra (and our children after him), and that he too can believe and trust in Christ. As his parents, we have the privilege and opportunity to point him in the right direction, even as a toddler.
I haven’t purchased all of these books, but after looking through the listing, reading reviews, and hearing word-of-mouth recommendations for several of these books, I wanted to compile a list for those of you who are also trying to incorporate more faith-based books into your toddler or child’s library. A fun bonus: some of these are perfect for Easter!
